Where our name comes from -

'Jack the Lads'
- were well spoken of in The House of Commons in 1998, when Dawn Primarolo, UK Paymaster General, referred to "enterprising Jack the Lads", "Jack the Lads doing a few friends a favour" and "Jack the Lads selling real bargains".

We liked that, so we took the name - and we keep our prices low, so we do you a favour - you get real bargains.
Can't say fairer.
